We introduce some easy cooking to try at home, and the secret recipe of Sokran.

Prepare the dough, green onion and garnish all separately, instead of mixing green pepper with flour.


¡á Ingredients
green pepper, pijogae, onion, glutinous rice powder, flour, fish dashida, beef dashida, egg, corn oil


¡á Recipe
 

¨ç Add glutinous rice powder, egg, corn oil, hondashi and beef dashida in water, and mix well to dissolve flour.
¨è Make garnish with sliced pijogae, sliced onion and egg.

¨é Soak well trimmed green onion in the mix, and then put it on the pan.

¨ê Put prepared garnish on top of the green onion.

¨ë Put the flour mix on top of garnish again and fry well.
